(Yaaseen) 36 : 44
إِلَّا رَحْمَةً مِنَّا وَمَتَاعًا إِلَىٰ حِينٍ
Except as a Mercy from Us and a sustenance for a little while.
Since everyone’s provision in this world has been determined until a fixed period, they are not drowned. Believers will utilize Adhikr as a Mercy and safeguard from all disasters, calamities, and Hellfire so that they won’t be affected by such disasters in this world and won’t be punished in the Hereafter. As explained in verse 3:145, such a believer can even decide their death time by utilizing Adhikr as Permission. See explanation 10:100; 11:118-119.
